Classic blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay

This classic Champagne is made of a blend of 3 grapes varieties, 60% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay which is blended from 2 harvests to give a consistency of style, freshn and smooth.

This great wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir coming from their Premier Cru vineyards in Vertus. Pierre Gonet harvests the Pinot at optimum maturity in order to obtain the superb red fruits aromas. The wine is rounded with fresh fruity flavours and elegant dry finish. Delicious!!.

This wine is a pure Chardonnay from Le Mesnil, 30% aged in new oak ("demi-muid of 600 litres - a traditional Champagne barrel) with the rest aged in stainless steel tanks so, giving it the complexity of aromas of oak yet maintaining its fresh and vibrant character
